This policy describes when we refund the amount paid for the preliminary feasibility report.
Before we start
If you cancel before we begin reviewing the property, we refund the full amount.
If the property is out of scope
We work in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe. If the property is outside those counties, or if the available public records do not allow us to issue the report, we refund the full amount and tell you by email.
Once the report is delivered
The report is custom analysis work: once delivered, it is not refundable. If we find that something in the deliverable does not match what was agreed, we correct it at no cost.
The outcome of the analysis is not grounds for a refund: the value of the study is knowing what the property allows, including when the answer is that the route you wanted is not viable.
How to request one
Email info@ironbludesign.com with the address or folio number of the property. We reply and, where a refund applies, it is returned through the original payment method.
