This policy explains what information this site collects, what it is used for and how you can contact us. Controller: IronBlu Design LLC, 9555 SW 175th Terrace, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157.
What data we collect
Only what you enter in the request form:
- Property address or folio number (required).
- County and project type.
- Name (required).
- Phone.
- Email (required).
- Your description of what you want to do.
We also record the site language and the page the form was sent from, so we can reply in the right language and with the context of your inquiry.
What we use it for
Only to handle your request: reviewing the property's public records and replying with the scope and the price of the study, and for the follow-up communication about that project. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who it is shared with
The form is delivered by email to IronBlu Design LLC through an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. If your project moves forward and requires licensed professional services, we share with those independent professionals only the information needed for the work, and only with your knowledge. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep the request and the related correspondence for as long as they are needed to handle your inquiry and for our business records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use our hosting provider's analytics to measure traffic in aggregate, with no individual profiles and no sale of data.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the data you sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to info@ironbludesign.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to incoming requests to the staff handling them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why we do not ask for sensitive documents or payment details through the form.
Children
This site is intended for adult owners, buyers and investors. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the current version on this page.
